Hi,

Because need to be out of town during Spring semester. I would like to 
sublease my room in a 3 bedrooms house.

The room is furnished, with private entrance, toilet, shared bathroom.

The house is located about one mile away from campus, just off Richland 
Ave., close to C&E Market and restaurants. Very convenient.The 
neighbor is quiet and friendly.

Female graduates are preferred. No pet is allowed.
