The bedroom will be available in the middle of March 2012 to June or
longer. You will only need to pay $400/month(including everything). It's a
kind of fraternity house. There are two big backyards with basketball stands
and ovens. Also, the house has a dinning floor with amazing food, many
lounges like library room, and free laundry. The house is quite centrally
locted on College Green(really close to the library).
