I asked someone in this organization if the job can accommodate someone who is in or who would like to seek H-1B status, but the person did not know. If they will in fact support H-1B, then unless you were previously in an H-1B cap-subject job within the past six years (making you personally "cap exempt"), you most likely would have to wait until October 1 to begin work, and of course hope that they agree with this date. Ensures that hotel information, expenditures and other post meeting information is maintained in the database. Education and Experience: A Bachelors degree desirable. Three years of extensive administrative experience required. Proficient in MS office products. Experience in Meeting Trak and Scheduler Plus preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Knowledge of ABCUSA desirable.
