Hi,

Three graduate students (2 international and 1 American)/(1 female and 2
male) are looking for a respectful roommate.  We are committed to our
studies, and we are looking for a roommate of similar kind.  You will find
us to be very friendly people.

The rent per room per month is $ 318, and this includes water, sewer, and
trash.  For the other utilities (electric, gas, and internet), you will pay
about $ 30 (or less) per month.  The apartment is in a very quiet
neighborhood.  Your full monthly expenses for the room and utilities is
generally less than $ 350.  Parking is free.

15 min walk to school/Court Street, or you can take the free shuttle (CATS)
that runs every 15 mins.

A lot of storage space.  One nice bathroom.

The lease - from Aug 23, 2012 to Aug 22, 2013
