One room in a three-bedroom-apartment available from July 10th, 2012. The
apartment is spacious, facing south with sufficient sun light and great
view. Monthly rent is around $310 per person including water. Parking is
free and the rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before moving in. The
apartment locates in Monticello village near Richland Ave; 5 minutes drive
to campus, 15 minutes walk to the bus station. Ideal for those who own
cars. The room has no furniture, but there are daily needs (microwave,
fridge, stove, oven, tables, etc.) in the living room. Female tenant is
