Monthly rate is $860 (include everything, internet, cable, electricity, water). Takeover starts today until June 30, 2013. 1Bedroom, 1bath at Mill Street Village 3rd floor. Here is such a quiet APT to live and study. New leaser can move in anytime of this week. I am graduated, if anyone sublease the apt, you do not need to pay the half month rent of January, and I also give some furniture for free to new leaser (like 1 computer desk, 2 chairs, 3 floor lamps, 2 book case..) It only takes 5 to 10mins walk to OU campus. Lease Properties Includes: All utilities(including cable, internet) Kitchen appliances (refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher) A/C in living room & bedroom.
