Chalking Guidelines

As we near the end of the year many events are being planned by student 
organizations. Please keep in mind that spray chalking or spray painting is 
prohibited. The use of regular sidewalk chalk is allowed but only on 
sidewalks; not on bricks or vertical structures such as buildings.

Re-register Your Organization and Sign Up for the Student Involvement Fair

If you have not already done so, you can register or re-register your 
organization and/or register for the fall Student Involvement Fair by 
visiting the Campus Involvement Center's website at

www.ohio.edu/involvement

Lottery for Storage Bins

The Campus Involvement Center will hold a lottery next Tuesday, June 1, at 
12:00 noon for student organizations wanting a storage bin for next year. 
The bins measure 2' x 4' and there are 8 of them available. If you would 
like your organization entered into the lottery, then email Ann Addington, addingto at ohio.edu 
and state your organization's name and contact person's 
information by midnight, May 31. The drawing will be open to all and held 
in 355 Baker University Center.

Workshops for Presidents

There are only three workshops left for president's to attend this quarter 
as part of the registration process. The following workshops will be held 
in the Amanda J. Cunningham Leadership Center, 366 Baker Center:

Tuesday June 1		10-11 a.m. Goal Setting
				4-5 p.m. Meeting Facilitation

Wednesday, June 2		9-10 a.m. Robert's Rules of Order

Please note that additional workshops will be available during the month of 
September.

Treasurer's Books

It is mandatory that all student organizations with university accounts 
turn in their treasurer's books to the Student Organization Bursar at Chubb 
Hall before the end of spring quarter for auditing.
