Chapter Presidents,



I know I mentioned this spring quarter, but UPC planned an event for tomorrow all day on South Beach. It starts at noon and goes until midnight. We didn't end up collaborating with them too much as they kind of took over the planning and we didn't have much say in it. Basically, they are putting on a day of events that will resemble some of the things that happen during the year at OU. It is pretty much an opportunity to get the freshmen some exposure to what the University is all about. We don't have any officially sponsored tents, tables, etc., but chapters are welcome to come and talk to and recruit freshmen because UPC is expecting a lot of them to show up. Like I said, we didn't end up having too much to do with the planning because UPC pretty much took it over, but you are more than welcome to send people to represent your chapter.



Also, I know some of your chapters have switched presidents, so if you are receiving this e-mail and someone else should be just let me know who should be on the new chapter presidents list.
