This program provides a 10-12 week paid summer internship for graduate students who are pursuing a PhD in an area of engineering, science or mathematics related to Boeing. These internships often lead to full-time appointments after graduation, if the student enjoys the work and is interested in launching their career at Boeing. My team will have an opening next summer for a GRP Intern in the area of Computational Chemistry / Materials Science. This internship will be focused on developing and implementing modeling techniques in the areas of corrosion, coatings, and composite degradation. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn about quantum computing and potentially contribute to new projects that leverage Noisy Intermediate Scale Quantum (NISQ) computing devices. The internship job requisition is now live (see below) and will stay open until October 31st. I've copied the job description and qualifications at the bottom of this email. Note that this internship is limited to U.S. Persons.
