When scheduling your MS or Ph.D. defense this term or in the future please coordinate first with the Hunter, Tiffany
huntert1@ohio.edu in the EECS before sending our a Doodle scheduler to your Committee faculty members. All EECS faculty are supposed to maintain their Outlook calendar up to date and all OU users have access to this tool
for easy checking on individual faculty availability. There is no need to request to use the Doodle from the Committee members if not necessary. As you know we are busy and we should try to save each other time. Therefore, from now on, the first step when
planning for MS or Ph.D. defense should be contacting Tiffany to check your Committee availability if you don’t know how to do it.
This is especially critical for those who have Dr. Juedes, Dr. Karanth, and Dr. J on your Committee. Your kind cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
