Dear Emeriti,

As you may know, on March 28 the Emeriti Association is hosting  representatives from STRS and OPERS to talk about the financial soundness of the pension funds and health care funds.  The talk will be at 1pm in Baker Center Theater.  If you cannot attend in person, you can view a webcast.  The address for the webcast is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSiySWzHoc4 
At this time the site is not active but this is the address.  The address will be sent out again next week.

All emeriti are invited to attend.  Anyone can ask a question in person or using the chat function from the webcast site (look on the right hand side).

The reason we are hosting this talk is that there have been negative reports in the press by watch-dog groups and the Emeriti Association would like to hear both sides of the story.
