This is from Loraine McCosker. I am attaching information  on an Americorp Panel discussion next week February 28. This is a great opportunity for students to learn about. An education award  is applied to student debt after one year of service  and a modest stipend is offered. (close to $1000.00 per month) Many of the panelists provide tips on applying and student debt management with the AmeriCorps award.  Opportunities are available nationally with approximately 50 locally.
