>  (DPS) is searching for an Associate Planner.  The DPS provides administrative, technical, and professional planning services and grant management for Medina County agencies, Townships, and communities leading to effective and efficient development benefiting residents, businesses, builders, and developers.  This position will work with a cross-functional team including residents, leaders, and technical professionals throughout the County and the Northeast Ohio region.

The Associate Planner is responsible for assisting with planning, zoning, grants, and other community development issues.  The ideal candidate will have professional competence with knowledge of land use planning, zoning, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) while balancing professional development opportunities, major/minor subdivision projects, and grants.
