Responsibilities:  . Provide instructional design, e-learning   . Help to
ensure that project plans and status are properly negotiated . Work with
others to prepare business requirements  Qualifications: . Three plus years
of experience in technology enabled learning, including seven plus years of
learning and development  . Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
. Able to interface with directors and representatives . Knowledge of
leading and emerging practices in e-learning
