The Learning Technology Manager is responsible for the delivery of Omega
Performance's online courses, assessments, & simulations via the learning
technology platform. The LTM works internally to scope work, identify, &
manage internal & external resources to meet gross margin targets. The LTM
directly manages Omega's LT Team as they work with Omega's clients to
insure seamless access & integration to all of Omega's learning technology.
This position has a strong emphasis on customer-facing project and team
management skills.

2. Instructional System Designer - Manager

The ISD Manager is responsible for performing requirements analysis,
design, development, reviewing, and documentation of learning solutions in
support of endeavors by NGRAIN.  The successful candidate will perform
requirements discovery, training needs analysis, and design for learning
solutions for delivery on CD, DVD, and the Web. This role will involve
employing a variety of content development tools and instructional design
best practices and basic software development and quality principles.
