 Professors Joe and Amy Bianco will lead this class which focuses on a
theoretically rich and empirically supported model for understanding and
managing challenging interpersonal dynamics in and out of the workplace.   This
online course introduces students to Type Theory to help them develop
heightened self-awareness, effective communication skills, and adaptive
strategies to manage the complex (and confusing) interpersonal dynamics of
day-to-day life in organizations.****

 All students will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
self-assessment.  Through exercises and group discussions, participants
will learn the basic concepts of type preference and examine the effects of
preferences at work and in other social settings.   Learning how to
identify, interpret, and apply your personality type preferences is one of
the most valuable and successful ways to manage yourself and others.
