Dear Graduate Chairs/Directors, Associate Deans and Staff:

I am writing to announce the launching of two new Graduate College
resources: the posting of web recruitment pages for graduate programs and
the posting of the Graduate College Calendar on the MyOHIO portal.

*Graduate Program Recruitment Web Pages*
This past Fall, the Graduate College invited graduate programs, if they
were interested, to provide content information for a one-page promotional
page for their graduate program. The template for this page was designed to
complement the general brochure developed by the Graduate College for
graduate studies at Ohio University and to be useful both as a web and
print resource. PDF's of the completed program summaries that we received
are now posted on the Graduate College website (please see http://www.ohio.edu/graduate/programs 
). If you have any changes you would
like to make to your program's summary (or if you would like to request
print copies of the general graduate studies brochure), please contact
Becky Bushey-Miller ( millerb3 at ohio.edu 
).

*Graduate College Calendar*
The Graduate College has launched a new public calendar for all faculty,
staff and students. The calendar lists upcoming events and deadlines of
interest to graduate students. Visit http://my.ohio.edu 
and log in with
your OHIO ID and password. Click “Customize” on the green Home tab in the
upper left corner. The pull-down bar will offer the “Add Stuff” option.
After it loads, type “graduate” in the white bar that displays the words
“Search for Stuff.” Choose “Graduate College Calendar” and then “Add.” If
you have any questions about accessing this resource, please contact
Michael Tedesco.
