seeks experienced and energetic leadership in academic support,
instructional and learning technologies, and faculty/staff development. The
Annandale Campus of Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) seeks a new
Dean for Learning and Technology Resources.

2. Manager, e-Learning

Alexandria, Virginia
Manage SHRM e-Learning's Learning Management System (LMS) to be able to
respond, adapt and serve the needs of the HR community.  Work with the user
community to identify, define and investigate training and process or
application changes that will support the organizational goals through the
effective use of internet technologies. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
required. 3 to 5 years experience in course development, online training,
instructor-led training and/or adult learning theory.

3. Instructional Designer

Richmond, Kentucky
Eastern Kentucky University has a position available for an Instructional
Designer for online courses. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology
or related discipline required; Master's preferred. Three years experience
in course or curriculum design required, preferably in higher education.
