You are invited to attend the monthly meeting of the Connect Appalachia Broadband Initiative Board this Thurs (18-Oct) in The Art Gallery at Ohio University Lancaster from 10 - 12:30.  The topic this month is education and broadband in Appalachian Ohio.  I think it would be very informative to understand how policy is enacted.  This group has several initiatives to improve access to broadband and have a lot to say about the value of broadband in education.
