Pleasant Grove, Utah
The Director of Course Development supervises course production and course
development personnel. The candidate will manage teams of instructional
designers, writers, video producers, contractors, and other course
production personnel to ensure timely delivery of quality IT networking
training courses to our customers.

2. Manager Blended Learning
Madison, WI
The Credit Union National Association is seeking a Manager of Blended
Learning. This position will be:

   - Project manager - set & maintaining master project schedule,
   evaluating time & cost
   - Working closely with Web Course Designers, Instructional Designers,
   Web Course Developers and Publications Specialists to allocate duties for
   all projects.
   - Evaluate course creation tools and systems, investigate new software
   alternatives and processes to improve and streamline our course and exam
   products

3. Instructional Design Specialist
Kenosha, WI
CARTHAGE COLLEGE is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist who will be
responsible for working with faculty to design and develop new course
materials as well as incorporate technology and innovative instructional
techniques. This person will also support, develop and design online and

4. Training Developer II
Springfield, VA
C2 Technologies is seeking a FT Training Developer II to work on-site at
Fort Belvoir. The Training Developer will be responsible for the
development and analysis of training materials within a TRADOC educational
institution. Will manage and direct all training development actions to
ensure achievement of instructional objectives and program efficiency.
Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 4 years exp within a TRADOC
educational institution. Current Secret clearance preferred.
