Supports faculty members in their use of instructional technologies including the LMS. Assists with assessment of CIP services and programming. Minimum Qualifications: Masters' Degree, especially in instructional design, education, or a related field. Experience working with faculty preferred. Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to form effective working relationships on all levels. Demonstrated teaching skills. Knowledge of current and emerging trends in higher education pedagogical practices and theories. Familiarity with common and emerging computing, web, and multimedia technologies. Project management skills including attention to details and deadlines. A strong commitment to working in a team-based environment. Comfort with and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly changing environment. A curiosity and capacity to learn, and a desire to innovate. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Success Factors: Ability to establish and maintain close collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, and students. Ability to make and articulate sound judgments. Ability to design and deliver instruction. Knowledge of the scholarship of teaching and learning. Experience working with faculty on course design and delivery. Effective time management skills; ability to balance multiple projects and priorities. Initiative; ability to define the scope of new projects and carry them out and/or make case for necessary resources. Flexibility; ability to adapt to change at Kenyon and in the higher education and technology environments.
