(INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER)<br>JOB #: 100212<br><br>Design Support<br><br> * Develops curricular objectives with subject matter experts.<br> * Develops exceptional hybrid and fully online courses.<br> * Designs instructional templates based on fully online and hybrid models.<br>
* Designs course content, exams, evaluations and assessment surveys.<br> * Incorporates course content from Subject Matter Experts.<br> * Integrates online and hybrid teaching best practices.<br> * Develops course development guidelines and procedures.<br>
* Will periodically revisit previously designed courses to assess program success and provide faculty guidance<br> * Develops content that may be in the form of PDF, Word, HTML, PPT and Excel.<br><br>Academic Program Support<br>
<br> * Develops faculty online/hybrid program elements.<br> * Develops program and course development guidelines.<br> * Designs teaching resources<br> * Performs recommended updates to program.<br> * Continuously improves development program.<br>
* Develops online tutorials, job aids and handouts.<br> * Provides training sessions to select groups of faculty.<br> * Participates in coordinated campus eLearning initiatives.<br> * Leads and assists faculty participants in comprehensive training program. Provides faculty and departmental consultations.<br>
<br>Consulting and Advising<br><br> * Collaborates in development of fully online and hybrid models.<br> * Participates on program committees.<br> * Assists with analysis of new technologies.<br> * Assists with the selection of courses that will be designed and developed.<br>
