Howdy folks,

I’ve received some questions about the organization of Ecolunch.  Right now, the plan is to meet face-to-face in Irvine 159.  The room is spacious with widely space chairs around tables, and the enrollment isn’t high, so we will meet the OU guidelines for spacing. And we’ll all be in masks.  Of course, this plan could change as the semester unfolds and OU responds to new developments. Also, if someone wants to do Ecolunch, but would prefer to use TEAMS, I’m very happy to accommodate that request.  What matters most is that we find a way to offer Ecolunch this fall.
