Dear Mammalogists-

  The ASM Conservation Committee would like to raise awareness of the Recovering America’s Wildlife Act, H.R 2773 and S.2372.  This pending bipartisan legislation would invest 1.3 billion dollars annually in state, local and tribal wildlife conservation efforts.



  The bill has passed the House of Representatives, but will soon be considered by the Senate.  Please consider calling your Senators this week to voice your support of legislation that supports mammalian conservation. Please spread the word to colleagues in other states to maximize our impact.
