Dear OCEES Graduate Students,

Attached is the 22-23 academic year request for proposals for the Graduate Research Fellowship Program. To apply please submit your materials to roosenbu at ohio.edu

> by January 31st. The OCEES board was very  glad to split fellowships last year increasing the number of recipients. If the needed time is less than a semester, applicants are encouraged to collaborate with another applicant in their home department to split the fellowship in combination with a split teaching fellowship. Please clearly identify your collaborator and the details of the arrangement in your application if you intend to split the fellowship.
