Howdy Folks,

The Darwin Speaker this year is Dr. Luke Harmon.  As part of his visit, Dr. Harmon has agreed to teach a workshop on Phylogenetic Comparative Methods in R on Friday, April 5th. This workshop is FREE for anyone interested (because OCEES is funding it). Don’t squander this opportunity! It’s good policy to never pass on a chance to rub elbows with greatness, and Dr. Harmon is a pioneer in the field and one of the very best. Bring a laptop with R or Rstudio on it.  You don’t need to know much — that’s why we asked him to teach it, after all!  Lunch will be provided. All the information is in the attached flier, but the essentials are below. Note that this is most of day on Friday — do what you can to free up your schedule now.
