All of us at the OHIO Business Service Center would like to take a moment to share our gratitude for our partners who are working with us every day to make OHIO Business Services a success.  We have done over 3000 purchasing and travel transactions in the last three months with an 89% customer satisfaction rating.  We have also helped hire more than 225 new positions and recently completed fall budgets for approximately 33% of the overall university budget.

Our staff are working EVERY DAY to improve our customer service and we think it shows in our interactions with each of you. Our overall customer service survey reports 95% of you are Highly Satisfied/Satisfied.  Thank you for continuing to provide your feedback.  We can only improve if we engage with one another.
