Dear colleagues

Please recall that within AppO MaSTRS 8 this Saturday, 23 September 2017, Tom Reardon wishes to offer an

All-day Texas Instruments workshop for preservice middle and high school mathematics teachers

Each student who attends for the entire day will receive

  *   TI-SmartView emulator software and the TI-Nspire Teacher Software lifetime licenses—a combined $300 value.
  *   Hands-on instruction on the TI-84 CE (color) graphing calculator, TI-Nspire handheld, iPads.
  *   Creative teaching ideas and activities.
  *   Free continental breakfast and free box lunch

Other teachers—university, high school, and middle school—may attend but are not eligible for the free software.
The workshop will focus on mathematics for Grades 7-12.

Anyone who wishes to register must do two things by 4:00 pm on Thursday:

  1.  Register online for AppO MaSTRS at https://ohio.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d9XWLpqyODJVUB7 
2.  Send me < foleyg at ohio.edu 
> an email with TI workshop in the Subject line indicating they plan to attend from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm.

On Friday morning, I will announce whether there is sufficient enrollment to run the workshop.
