1. Charm would contribute to a desirable school environment on occasion, but some may view your charmingness as annoying, trying to hard, or that you hold yourself at a higher standard than them. 2. There must be a line drawn in how open principals can be with faculty. This could show vulnerability or lack of confidence, creating an environment that is toxic and can lead to negative outcomes. 3. Would or would not want to provide leadership for a healthy climate?? You always need a healthy environment, so we would assume that a great leader would always strive to promote a healthy work climate.
