Tony and Jessica 1. Proper techniques to deliver an effective speech include, but are not limited to, likability, rhythm of eye contact, and body language. 2. The intersections between rational systems, managers, transactional style, Weberian structure, extrinsic motivation, and the structural perceptual lens. 3. The intersections between natural system, leaders, transformational style, intrinsic motivation, and the human resources perceptual lens. 4. The importance of identifying and being aware of personal styles (differing styles can complement one another, while having the potential to create conflict, especially in regards to communication.). 5.
