1. Not that you regret going into administration, but if you could you
choose a different career path?

2. How would you describe your beginning style of administration compared
to your current style?

3.  How do you find the appropriate balance between manager and leader?

4.  What part or aspects of the program did use the most as an
administrator?

5.  During the program, what would you do different or focus on more now
that you have an administrative position?

6.  Will you talk about the pros and the cons of the internship part of the
program?

7.  What was the one situation that you have had to deal with during your
time as an administrator that you were not necessarily prepared for and how
did you handle it?
