  *   Using it as an assessment


We would see this in use in the following times:

  *   During transitioning times
  *   During redirection
  *   Highlighting good Modeling positive behavior
  *   Establishing routines


Cognitive Perspective


Key Points

  *   Working memory and Long term Memory work together
  *   Working Memory ( Short term and routine)
  *   Long Term Memory ( Gives you functioning skills


We would see this in use in the following times:

  *   Long term memory helps create a foundation for reading, number sense and writing
  *   Short Term memory helps contribute to long term but focuses more on games and practice
  *   We will see teachers using both


Constructivist Approach


Key Points

  *   Building of Knowledge
  *   Student Lead
  *   Real World Experiences


We would see this in use in the following times:

  *   Problem based learning
  *   Cooperative Learning Groups
