Behavioral approach-
During classroom routines, behavioral expectations.  Students need
consistency when it comes to their behaviors.  Extrinsically motivated.

Constructivists - Students are taking part in their own learning such as
centers, independent research, cooperative learning.  Intrinsic approach
because the students are intrinsically motivated to learn.

Cognitive approach - mnemonics, chants, songs, call and response, games.
Routines, intrinsic approach.  Cognitive can be behavioral and
constructivist due to being routine and also students are intrinsically
motivated to learn.  K-W-L charts.
