Brandy & Tony 7 a & b Cycle of Inquiry: Questions -> Information -> Knowledge -> Action -> Results (Then repeat) You can begin anywhere then just continue the cycle. Logic Model: Needs and problems -> data, dynamics, resources -> inputs, investments -> outputs, results -> impact of results Similarities: These two models can be used for professional development, teacher evaluations, students achievement, and in individual and school growth plans. They both use data to address an issue. Differences: Data is a major component of the Cycle of Inquiry however is it spread out in the Logic Model and is not a major focus. Cycle of inquiry is a continuum for constant improvement whereas the Logic Model has a follow-up/evaluation.
