Hello all, Thank you for sending us all your information about your pieces. I’m currently distributing scores to our performers. Here is the link for paying the registration fee: https://commerce.cashnet.com/ohioemkt10 The registration is $60. There is also an option for a 1-day parking pass if you are driving. This would be used on Friday Nov. 3. Parking is free in Dark Green and Purple lots (several surround the music building) weekdays after 5pm (the site says 5-7pm but it should read 5pm-7am) and weekends all day. Friday is the only day you would need a parking pass. There are plenty of metered spaces around the music building as well. Most are credit card based and some use the ParkMobile app if you want to go that route. Below is a non-concert order Initial schedule. Please note that this is subject to change but will not be changed without notifying the appropriate parties. As you can imagine, with so many pieces being performed and limitations on which ensembles can be presented in the various spaces, we have limited flexibility with altering this schedule. However, we will try to accommodate where possible. Sound checks will occur directly before the concert.
