SOILS WILL REMAIN NEAR SATURATED DUE TO RECENT RAINFALL.
A COLD FRONT COULD PRODUCE UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAIN
ALONG THE OHIO RIVER WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY. THIS COULD CAUSE
MINOR FLOODING OF CREEKS...SMALL STREAMS...LOW LYING AND POOR
DRAINAGES AREAS.

A COMPLEX WEATHER SYSTEM PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
TRACK NORTHEAST THROUGH WEST VIRGINIA THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON.
A FEW SHOWERS WILL LINGER INTO THIS EVENING...WITH DRIER CONDITIONS
IN PLACE TONIGHT. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOL TODAY UNDER
AN OVERCAST SKY.

TUESDAY WILL BE A BIT WARMER WITH A FEW PEEKS OF SUN POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE LOWLANDS.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE AND LINGERING MOISTURE WILL CAUSE A FEW
SHOWERS ON WEDNESDAY.

BY LATE WEDNESDAY...ANOTHER FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL BE APPROACHING US
FROM THE WEST.  THIS FRONT MAY ALSO STALL NEARBY FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.
