Note to Subscribers:

As a refresher, the term "Winter Weather Advisory" as used
below is defined as follows for most Southern Ohio and adjacent
WV Counties:

"Any combination of accumulations of snow, freezing rain, freezing
drizzle or sleet that will cause significant inconvenience and
moderately dangerous conditions. An advisory is also issued when
visibilities from blowing snow or a combination of snow and blowing
snow will be reduced to one-quarter mile or less. An advisory is
issued when snow is expected to accumulate two to three inches
in 12 hours in Southern Ohio." For additional terms and info: http://weathersafety.ohio.gov/

A FAST MOVING CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL STREAK THROUGH ON SATURDAY AND
SATURDAY EVENING...AND WILL LIKELY PRODUCE A BAND OF ACCUMULATING
SNOW. WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES SEEM LIKELY FOR SOME COUNTIES.

THERE IS AN OUTSIDE CHANGE...ESPECIALLY OVER THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS
OF WEST VIRGINIA THAT THE TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION COULD REACH
MINIMUM WATCH/WARNING CRITERIA.

A COLD AND SNOW SHOWERY PATTERN SEEMS LIKELY FOR SUNDAY INTO
TUESDAY. HOWEVER...AT THIS DISTANCE IN TIME...MOST COUNTIES SHOULD
SEE ACCUMULATIONS LESS THAN ADVISORY CRITERIA.
