As of Wednesday morning (July 10) at 6:30 am EDT, Flood Warnings
are in effect for the Hocking River at Enterprise (near Logan) and
Sunday Creek at Glouster. Obviously, all this water will eventually
need to work its way downstream through Athens County.
Continuing strong rises on the Hocking River at Athens are forecast.

A reminder of two monitoring tools for this high water event:

(1) Real time (hourly) Hocking River Gauge at Athens app formatted for
small screen devices. Includes current forecast data (HydroGraphs)
for Athens, Enterprise and Glouster. Due to heavy data loads, gauge
is read at the top of the hour, but reading tends to actually appear
on the app closer to the bottom of the hour. http://w8kvk.com/hr
