THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS TODAY ACROSS THE MIDDLE
OHIO VALLEY AND CENTRAL APPALACHIANS. DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL
ARE THE PRIMARY THREATS WITH STORMS THAT DEVELOP.  AN ISOLATED
TORNADO THREAT EXISTS AS WELL.  ("Slight Risk" defined below)

MOISTURE WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE OVERNIGHT...AND EVEN MORE ON MONDAY
UNDER SOUTHERLY WINDS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME LIKELY ON
MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT AS A STRONG COLD FRONT APPROACHES AND MOVES
THROUGH THE REGION.  THERE WILL BE A BRIEF BREAK FROM SHOWERS AND
STORMS TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. STORM CHANCES THEN RETURN TO
THE FORECAST THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK INTO THE WEEKEND.

 - 5% tornado probability, or
 - 15% severe hail or severe wind probability WITH OR WITHOUT
