Nikki graduated from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism in 2000 with a B.S.J. and a concentrated study in sociology and political communications.
Beginning in 1999, Enright worked as an editor, writer or photographer in such places as OHIO's media services, at a D.C.-based political newswire, a D.C.-based nonprofit, and for an Ohio weekly newspaper.
From 2007 to 2018, Enright switched gears and began working with at-risk youth, specifically with youth offenders, serving as a program director for a court-based restitution recovery/community service program. Enright also directed the CASA (court-appointed special advocate) program in Perry County.
