Jamila Iqbal is a Communication and Development professional with over a decade of experience in community engagement, Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC), and women’s empowerment.
Jamila has a proven track record of fostering partnerships, connecting with UN agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions. Her results-oriented approach and expertise in SBCC have made a significant impact in Afghanistan, Canada and across the globe.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jamila is a passionate cook, specializing in Afghani and South Asian cuisine. She also enjoys reading books, novels, and listening to music.
