Research Interests
My primary research interests lie in climate change, migration, labor market, and gender. I am particularly keen on understanding how climate change disrupts labor markets and exacerbates gender inequalities. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Disaster Management from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I bring four years of experience as a researcher, having worked with organizations such as OKUP, USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, FCDO, and Anti-Slavery International.
