Noors Obeid is an experienced and committed international project manager. Her experience in development, project management reporting, assessment, research and communication strategy has varied across many countries including Denmark, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Jordan, Lebanon, the USA, and India, with her work focused on human rights, artistic freedom, feminist values and community centric approaches. Additionally, Noor is an artist in print relaying information through visual and symbolic mediums. Her research on “ Art as Catalyst for Social Change: A Study of Visual Culture in Lebanon ” aims to understand the engagement of participants in artistic and cultural projects as well as the projects’ impact on identity.
