Julia knew at age ten – when helping her parents move her sister into the residence halls – that she was destined to be a Bobcat. Athens seemed like a fantasy world to her, and following in her older sister’s footsteps felt like a great idea.
She says that her first steps on the brick streets assured her Ohio University was the right fit. During her undergraduate career, Julia has made lifelong friendships and established relationships with Russ College faculty that she will always cherish.
Secretary of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IIE) OHIO chapter and a Defend Our Future volunteer, she also interned at Oatey Company in Cleveland, Ohio, during summer 2018.
In her free time, Julia loves to paint, work out, listen to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and spend time outside. The Cavaliers and Indians are her pride and joy. She enjoys spending time with her big, Italian family and her cat.
