Hometown: Cincinnati, Ohio
Expected Graduation: Spring 2022
Isa is from the suburbs of Cincinnati and has known since her first visit to Athens in 2015 when visiting her brother that OHIO was the school for her. She fell in love with the campus and the community. Once she decided she wanted to be an engineer, she learned about the Russ College and its programs.
Isa is now a senior studying industrial and systems engineering and she is also pursuing a minor in Spanish and a certificate in lean and six sigma. Since coming to OHIO, Isa has found her place and has made connections with people within the Russ College and outside of it.
In addition to being an Engineering Ambassador, Isa is a member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, a member of the professional engineering fraternity Theta Tau, a Learning Community Leader, and an OMSAR scholar. She also spent a semester abroad in Toledo, Spain, working on her Spanish minor.
Isa has also completed two internships with Allegion where she worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer and a Manufacturing Process Engineer.
Outside of work and school, Isa enjoys traveling, reading, hanging out with friends, and going to concerts.
