Recognized for her innovative design solutions and creative problem solving, Lynnette has established herself as a sought-after professional in the interior design sector. Before starting her own consulting firm, Lynnette spent the last 30 years on teams throughout the education and commercial design fields, using this extensive experience to build her successful career.
Interior/Facility Design
Lynnette spent the first decade and a half in Columbus at a Haworth furniture dealership then at a prominent Columbus A/E firm, Fanning Howey, Inc. During this season of her career, she focused on designing work place and then K-12 schools at a pivotal time when Ohio developed new school standards, all while ensuring that state funding was used in an efficient and impactful manner.
After her time at Fanning Howey, Lynnette spent 20+ years at Ohio University in the Architectural, Design and Construction and Planning Office as Senior Project Manager and Director of Interiors. Lynnette had the opportunity to study the academic end users, enhancing her deep understanding of how to design for each discipline. As the university grew, so did the opportunities to plan or oversee many key projects throughout the campus.
Most recently, Lynnette has assisted the Interior Architecture program as an adjunct professor. Bringing practical application to the students has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience.
