Ohio University students and alumni interested in exploring summer and on-campus work opportunities are invited to the Career and Leadership Development Center’s (CLDC) second annual JobFest.
A part-time, on-campus and seasonal employment fair, JobFest is scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, in Baker University Center 240/242.
Last year’s inaugural JobFest featured employment opportunities from businesses that included Kroger, Lowe’s and Put-in-Bay Island Resorts, as well as offices at Ohio University. Employers expected to participate in this year’s event include Recreation Unlimited, Boardwalk Family of Restaurants, and YMCA camps. Ohio University offices scheduled to participate include the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Culinary Services and WellWorks.
To access a growing list of participating employers, students and alumni should log into their Bobcat CareerLink accounts . A final list of participating employers will be available on the CLDC’s event page one week prior to the event.
JobFest is free and open to all Ohio University students and alumni. Pre-registration is not required but is encouraged and available here . Those who pre-register for the event will be provided a printed nametag.
