A mandatory upgrade to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBIZ), including My Personal Information (MPI), was completed this weekend. Now that this upgrade is complete, employees will see some look and feel changes as well as minor functionality changes.
Some of those changes are purely cosmetic, like wrapping the screen in OHIO green, while others are functional. For example, the Worklist Access functionality has been renamed Manage Proxies.
A full quick reference guide is available for OHIO employees to review to learn all the details of this User Interface update on the Finance website. Additionally, employees are now able to use any of the following browsers (previously only Internet Explorer was supported):
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR)
