Smullen, who graduated from Ohio University in 1992 with a degree in accounting and finance, is currently the vice president of finance for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and oversees the company’s accounting and technology departments. She also manages the company’s banking relationships and business insurance.

A long-standing supporter of Ohio University, Smullen has been a member of the Executive Advisory Board within the College of Business since 2009. She and her husband, Tim, also established a University scholarship through the OHIO Match in 2014.

Smullen joined Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 1997 in the role of chief financial officer. She is now VP for Corporate Affairs. She previously served as controller of Herberts Powder Coatings, Inc., a $50 million multi-national organization located in Hilliard, OH. She also was an accountant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in Columbus, OH, where she performed auditing services for hospitality, manufacturing and distribution companies.
