Official Biography

Master Sergeant Tyler Means is a native of Malvern, Ohio and enlisted in June of 2006. He enlisted into the United States Army as an Infantryman (11X) in June of 2006, upon graduation of One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Benning, GA he was awarded the primary MOS of Infantryman (11B).

His civilian and military education includes: a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Post University, 2012), Drill Sergeant School, Army Recruiter School, Basic Combatives Course, Tactical Combatives Course, Combatives Master Trainer Course Basic Leader Course (BLC), Advanced Leader Course Phase I & II (ALC), Maneuver Senior Leader Course (M-SLC), Master Leaders Course (MLC), Airborne Course, Jumpmaster Course, Pathfinder Course, Sexual Harassment Assault Prevention Course, Equal Opportunity Leaders Course, Unit Prevention Leader, Master Fitness Course, Advance Situation Awareness Course, Marksmanship Master Trainer Course, and Combat Lifesaver Course.
